The Museum of Far Eastern Antiquities is beautifully located on Skeppsholmen in the middle of Stockholm. The rich and extensive collections from China, India, Southeast Asia, Japan and Korea have few counterparts outside of Asia.
Note: The Museum of Far Eastern Antiquities is currently closed to the public, but conferences and events can still be held in the Beijing conference room. However, we are unable to offer guided tours in connection with your event.
At the Museum of Far Eastern Antiquities, you can host corporate events, lectures, conferences, fashion shows, or trade fairs. Please note that we do not accept bookings for parties.
Our venue accommodates daytime conferences for up to 85 people.

The Beijing conference room is the museum’s auditorium, accommodating up to 85 seated guests. The interior is flexible and can be adapted for both large and small groups.
This space is ideal for conferences, annual meetings, receptions, and events, and can be arranged according to your preferences. Beijing is bright, inspiring, and offers a clean, Asian-inspired atmosphere.
The room is wheelchair accessible and located on the ground floor next to the museum’s library. At the Museum of Far Eastern Antiquities, you are guaranteed exclusivity and a focused environment.
Tuesday–Friday:
Half-day (1–4 hours): SEK 10,000 (VAT exempt)
Full day (4–8 hours): SEK 17,000 (VAT exempt)
Saturday–Sunday:
Half-day (1–4 hours): SEK 11,000 (VAT exempt)
Full day (4–8 hours): SEK 19,000 (VAT exempt)
For bookings later than 5:00 PM on weekdays and on weekends, an hourly rate of SEK 950 applies for a host and SEK 950 for a security guard.
"Two hours of office cleaning are included. An additional charge will apply if more time is required.
