The Beijing Auditorium is a popular venues for events. We have dedicated staff to help you from site visit, administration and pre-planning through to on-site management of the conference and the event itself. All spaces are wheelchair accessible.

This room is the perfect space for seminars, presentations, product launches, creative meetings or brainstorming sessions. Flexible furnishing allows for the room to be arranged suiting your specific needs. Because of its beautiful high windows, white floors and glass bookshelves the room is also popular for smaller dinner events. Beijing has a capacity to take 70 guests for a seated dinner. Standard technical equipment is included in the price (ceiling-mounted projector, one screen, 4 wireless microphones).

Half day (1-4 hours): 10 000 SEK (no VAT)
Saturday, sunday:
Full day (4-8 hours): 19 000 SEK (no VAT)
Half day (1-4 hours): 11 000 SEK (no VAT)
On weekdays after 5:00 PM and on weekends, an additional charge of 1,900 SEK per hour applies.
